Our Houses

Vineyard House provides housing for 18 men and 6 women in separate residences. Rooms are mostly double occupancy, with a few singles available for senior residents. Bathrooms, well-appointed kitchens and comfortable common areas are shared by all house residents. Patios equipped with furniture and grills provide opportunities for fellowship. The houses are close to public transportation and have parking spaces for one registered vehicle per licensed driver. House managers reside on-site in the houses.

Residents prepare their own meals and participate in the upkeep of the houses through regular chores. Basics such as coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and linens are provided. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in each building.
